Dr. Bulut is an assistant professor in CIVE at Oklahoma State University and is part of the school’s Geotechnical Engineering group.

 

• B.S. in Civil Engineering - Middle East Technical University (Turkey),
• M.S. in Civil Engineering - Texas Tech University
• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering - Texas A&M University.

Dr. Bulut has one and half years of industrial experience as a geotechnical engineer with Fugro South, Inc. in Dallas, Texas and three years of post doctoral research experience with Texas Transportation Institute in College Station, Texas.
